Tri-Return Training Idler for Conveyor Systems

The Tri-Return Training Idler from Arch Environmental, uses a unique arrangement of three idlers on a center pivot sub-frame to keep belts in line. 

The centre roll is horizontal and the two outer rolls are mounted at a descending angle.  This roll arrangement allows the trainer to fit the cup of the belt. 

The idler rolls have been rubber covered to reduce the buildup of carryback material, to increase the life of the rolls, and speed up the reaction time of the Tri-Return Training Idler.

If the belt tries to run off, the Tri-Return Training Idler pivots and uses the belt's own force to re-align it.
