Dust can be a major problem with conveyors. Conventional scrapers can't solve the problem, because the dust is embedded in cracks and crevices in the belt. The Dust Shark solves the problem with a two-stage washing action:

• The load side is cleaned twice by a dual spray system, and squeegeed by two Saber Secondary Belt Cleaners;
• The return side is sprayed and squeegeed with a rubber-bladed Gordon V-Plow.
• Up to 98 percent of the fine dust is flushed into the self-cleaning drain pan, where it is then washed away.
• A stainless steel drain pan is standard.
• Two-stage cleaning action removes dust not only from the surface, but from the cracks and crevices in the belt.
• Low water consumption.
• Operates automatically. Whenever the conveyor is running, the Dust Shark is cleaning.
