Dust Fogger Spray Heads

The cluster spray heads are equipped with the standard #3 nozzle. The number of nozzles depends upon the spray head required. A filter and ball valve may be added to the spray bar.

Mark 2 Dust Fogger Head (FS-MK2)

7 nozzles
.5 gallons per minute at 100 psi

The original "Dust Fogger" used in limited applications when low water usage is a must, the Mark 2 is still a favorite of many in the aggregate/crushing industry.
 

Mark 3 Fogger Head (FS-MK3)

13 nozzles
1 gallon per minute at 100 psi

Comes complete with brass fittings, filter valve, and quick release camlock. 

Mark 4 Fogger Head

9 nozzles
.7 gallon per minute at 100 psi

Designed to be expanded in a series from one head to another. Comes complete with brass fittings, filter valve, and quick release camlock.
 

Dust Fogger Pumps

Pumps are equipped with one filter, one ball valve, a pressure regulation valve, and pressure gauge. Motors are available in 120/240 or 230/460 voltage.

Dust Fogger Spray Bars

Mark 6 spray bars are equipped with spray nozzles spaced 6 inches from the end and every 12 inches thereafter. Therefore a 4 foot bar will have 4 spray nozzles.

Dust Fogger Hoops and Custom Applications

Mark 6 Our most universal model, the Mark 6 can be custom shaped in a straight line, octagon, or square -- almost any configuration to fit your needs. Made of tough Nylatron material, the Mark 6 is ideal for providing a "halo of fog" around your entire dust problem, including conveyor discharge areas, dump bins, and cement/fine dust material applications. The list of uses is truly endless.

Hoop material is priced by the foot, with 6" or 12" nozzle spacing: FS-MK6-H12 = 12" FS-MK6-H6 = 6" Available in a kit or custom built. Lightweight and easy to install.
