Gordon Saber Dual Primary Cleaner for Conveyor Systems

Many conveyors accumulate too much carryback for one cleaner to remove. 

The Gordon Saber Dual Primary System by Arch Environmental positions two primary cleaners on the head pulley. Where most vendors will tell you that you must use one primary on the head, and one or more secondary cleaner positioned farther down the belt in an attempt to get the material that remains on the belt after it passes through the primary cleaner.  Unfortunately, this carryback material is then deposited under the conveyor and must be dealt with manually, increasing cleanup cost.

The Gordon Dual Primary System consists of

• The upper belt cleaner, provided with a blade that cleans the centre portion of the belt removing the bulk of the the fines. 
• The lower belt cleaner blade, supplied standard width and removes the remaining fines from the belt surface. 
• Both cleaners are supplied with a Gordon Twister Tensioner to provide constant blade pressure. 
• With the Gordon Dual Primary System on your belt line, carryback will be a thing of the past.
