The Saber Blade maintains its cleaning efficiency throughout its wear life without damaging mechanical splices.  Our non-segmented blade is easily replaced by removing one pin. 

The Gordon Saber Channel Mount Primary Cleaner by Arch Environmental Equipment Inc. is an improved design of the Gordon Saber Blade Cleaner.  The Saber Channel Mount Blade can be replaced from either side of the conveyor.  With its reinforced blade and frame, the Saber Channel Mount can take even more abuse than the Saber Blade Primary Cleaner. 

The 4.5 inches of space, makes it possible to install on any conveyor.  Once installed, the Gordon Twister Tensioner maintains consistent pressure and contact between the blade and belt. This combination of the Saber Primary Cleaner and the Gordon Twister Tensioner makes carryback the least of your worries.

High speed and high abrasion applications are no problem when you choose the Saber Ceramic Blade.
