Superior construction and performance

Manufactured to world standards, the strong metal construction ensures longer life and less operational down-time. The standard finish is bright zinc plating with extremely smooth running wheels and optional easy-to-operate brakes. 

Stainless steel and chrome plating
Where hygiene is critical or if prolonged contact with corrosive conditions is anticipated, Lemcol offers the option of full stainless steel construction. Alternatively, chromium plating can be selected from the bolt hole range, where general appearance is a strong consideration. 

A comprehensive selection of wheels
Wheels range from 75mm to 150mm diameters with load capacities up to 125kg. Wheel materials include polyurethane, nylon, blue rubber and grey rubber (which feature a pressed metal centre for increased strength and durability). To prevent linen thread from being trapped around the wheel axles, thread guards are fitted as standard on all models except nylon. 

Mounting options for all applications
These include fixed and swivel plates, bolt hole, expanding pintles, solid pintles and threaded pintles. Solid pintles should be used where a more rigid mounting is required. For example, they are available in 22mm and 28mm diameter sizes to fit most institutional trolleys and beds. A simple, side-mounted locking screw enables quick replacement if necessary. Threaded pintles with a 1/2 inch UNF thread are used in specialised equipment where a pre-tapped hole is the only means of fixing. Any size solid pintles can be made on request providing economic quantities are ordered. NOTE: Pintle options are available on bolt hole models only. 

Operational versatility
Total brakes are available across the whole range. Two-way directional locks are available on all bolt hole models except 75mm, enabling the trolley to be used in fixed or swivel mode according to whether greater manoeuvrability or stable, straight tracking is needed.

The Institutional range is assembled in Australia from imported components. The items catalogued here indicate the standard range which we stock. Other variations are available on request subject to economic quantities being ordered. 

12 month warranty
They carry a 12 month warranty against faulty workmanship and materials and are backed by a service and parts network in all states of Australia.
