- Hand brakes offers a fail safe brake syste, if the lever on the handle is depressed the trolley will not move. (Squeezing the handle releases the brake. Releasing the Handle Stops the trolley)
- Push handles on Prestar trolleys with hand brakes folds flat for easy storage and transport.
- Sold as complete trolleys as the Prestar hand brakes can not be retrofitted
