Freight Rates Explained

Australia Wide Shipping up to ($25.00 + GST)

If shipping costs more than basic charge due to Size, Weight or Destination, you'll be contacted to arrange additional shipping payment. The $25.00+GST is our basic charge, this will cover most small to medium size packages to major cities, and smaller packages to remote locations.

Freight is Calculated on Product Size (Dimensions of the Box/Product) or Total Weight of the Product and Destination. We use several Major Freight/Courier Companies and Australia Post and choose the most economical way to ship your goods.

It is currently impossible for us to calculate an exact shipping rate for each individual item as our product ranges from a small rubber stopper for a safety step to a Nylex 15'000 litre Chemical Tank.

Sydney Metro Delivery (AUD $18.50+GST)

Your Item Will be Shipped by Registered/Express Post, Courier or Delivery by our Truck.

Pick Up From Mount Kuring-Gai NSW 2080 (AUD $0.00)

We allow pick up from our Warehouse at Unit 8, 2 Marina Close, Mount Kuring-Gai NSW 2080 (Entrance of Hamley Road).

Customer to Arrange Shipping (AUD $20.00+GST)

Shipping Details MUST be provided prior to dispatch, Copy of Customers Identification maybe required for security purposes. Handling Fee Applies.

Shop Policies

Returns

Our restocking fee is 20% and the goods are to be returned on the customers freight account. A refund or credit less the restocking fee will be processed within 7 Days of the item being returned.

Warranty

All products are covered by a 12 Month Warranty, Excluding Misuse and Abuse. It is the customers responsibility to return the item to R.J. Cox Engineering for assessment. The item will be accessed by our team and repaired or replaced accordingly.
